Then you might soon join our Trixie CROWD!For our Customer Service team, we are seeking a language-proficient, communicative colleague to manage a portfolio of clients (retailers in the BeNeLux, France, UK, ... ). You'll be ready to address all their questions and comments, playing a crucial role in maintaining their satisfaction. With you as their primary point of contact, they can always rely on smooth and friendly service.Your tasks:Order processing: You receive orders from our customers, mainly through our B2B portal. Thanks to your precise and efficient handling of these orders in our system, our customers receive their purchases quickly.Invoicing: With you at the helm, our key clients can rely on accurate and timely invoicing. You ensure that all transactions are processed and documented correctly, maintaining a clear overview for both them and us.ERP management: You help keep our ERP system, Business Central, up to date by using datasheets and uploads. This contributes to efficient and well-organized operational processes.Delivery & logistics: You coordinate the shipment of orders to ensure that our products arrive on time and in perfect condition.Internal optimizations: Beyond daily operations, you actively collaborate with your colleagues on internal improvements.Upselling: You also help identify upselling opportunities, contributing to increased revenue.Your profileYou have completed at least a bachelor's degree. Previous work experience in a similar role is a plus, but motivated recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also considered.You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English, both via phone and email. Knowledge of German is a nice bonus!In addition to meticulous work, a strong drive and commitment are essential to provide our customers with excellent service.Taking initiative is also your forte.
