Junior IT Manager

• Define and implement the company's IT vision and strategy.
• Translate strategy into a coherent roadmap for execution.
• Manage the IT portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation in collaboration with providers and business units.
• Maintain governance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for adoption.
• Make recommendations for technology integration based on organizational needs.
• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them against established goals and service levels.
• Ensure a stable IT environment and promptly address incidents and problems.
• Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
• Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard digital assets.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.

• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, from employees to executive members.
• Collaborate with external IT partners to achieve organizational objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL is advantageous.
• Experience in working within an outsourced IT service model.
• Experience in supplier management, with proficiency in IT contract negotiations being a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing IT budgets.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch languages.
• Strong leadership and management skills in spearheading IT initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Excellent organizational abilities, including prioritization and management of multiple projects and tasks.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in identifying and addressing complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of ERP tools, preferably Microsoft tools like Business Central and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Intune, Defender, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security best practices, with knowledge of related frameworks such as CIS Controls and ISO 27001.
