- Define and implement the company's IT vision and strategy.
- Translate strategy into a coherent roadmap for execution.
- Manage the IT portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation in collaboration with providers and business units.
- Maintain governance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for adoption.
- Make recommendations for technology integration based on organizational needs.
- Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them against established goals and service levels.
- Ensure a stable IT environment and promptly address incidents and problems.
- Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
- Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard digital assets.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, from employees to executive members.
- Collaborate with external IT partners to achieve organizational objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL is advantageous.
- Experience in working within an outsourced IT service model.
- Experience in supplier management, with proficiency in IT contract negotiations being a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing IT budgets.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch languages.
- Strong leadership and management skills in spearheading IT initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including prioritization and management of multiple projects and tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in identifying and addressing complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of ERP tools, preferably Microsoft tools like Business Central and Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Intune, Defender, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security best practices, with knowledge of related frameworks such as CIS Controls and ISO 27001.
