Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop cloud solutions that align with business goals and promote sustainability (GreenOps)
Evaluate cloud technologies and services to recommend best practices and solutions to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using leading platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, and guidelines for cloud architecture
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Stay updated on technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve our cloud offerings
Work closely with customers, partners, and other business units to develop and implement innovative and competitive solutions/projects for new and existing customers by leveraging your previous experience in implementing cloud solutions
Developing techniques to improve service, you strive to build up your competence through training, development and experienceRequired Competencies
Experience in producing highly available cloud infrastructure solutions for large organizations
Solid knowledge of the features and capabilities of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Good understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, containerization, and serverless computing
Experience in creating greenfield solutions and implementing landing zones according to best practices
Experience in quickly assessing technical feasibility and developing proposals for migrating workloads to AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are advantageous
Experience with network integration using AWS Direct Connect or Azure Express Route, as well as network design (WAN/LAN/firewalls)
Understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and experience in integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models
You speak fluent English and Dutch/French
