In this position as Management Assistant you will be responsible for:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment
Act as the first point of contact for internal staff and external visitors
Coordinate facility management, including liaising with building services, cleaners, and suppliers
Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
Support onboarding and offboarding of staff (workspace setup, access badges, IT coordination)
Organize internal meetings and firm events, including logistics and catering
Maintain health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with office policies
Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks
Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance departments as needed

Minimum 3 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on attitude
Fluency in English and at least French or Dutch
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with legal office environments is a strong asset
