.-End to end delivery of HR operations for our five locations across Belgium (corporate, business operations, software development, manufacturing)-Manage the contribution of four HR administrators & overtime develop deep HR expertise within the team.-Support & enable your peer group at senior leadership level (Country Managers, Divisional Leaders etc).-Be a trusted partner to the management layer, providing solutions & proactively coaching on people matters .-Innovate and evolve HR delivery for Belgium, in line with best practice, new/upcoming legislative requirements but also bringing in your ideas and creativity.-Work with the Corporate HR Director, providing resource for implementation of new HR principles, frameworks and approaches: for example - performance management, feedback, salary benchmarking.International companyOperationnal & Strategical position-Experience of operating at a senior HR level with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume, fast-paced environment.-A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the workforce to ensure a high level of employee engagement & effectiveness-Be comfortable within long term value focused environment.
