Our client, a leading global player in the MedTech industry, is seeking a Customer Finance Manager EMEA to lead and develop the regional credit management function. In this strategic role, you will ensure financial stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the EMEA region while managing a high-performing team.Your Responsibilities:Develop and execute the credit management strategy across EMEA in alignment with corporate financial goalsAssess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, conduct risk analysis, and manage the credit portfolioLead collections processes to maintain strong cash flow and minimize overdue receivablesEnsure compliance with SOX requirements, corporate guidelines, and regulatory frameworksOversee reporting on credit performance, risk exposure, and collections results to senior managementDrive best practices and process improvements across credit operationsManage, mentor, and develop an international team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvementCollaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, and Legal on credit-related mattersYour Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 10 years of professional experience in credit management, with 3-5 years in a leadership positionProven track record in multinational companies (MedTech, pharma, food, diagnostics, or related industries preferred)Strong analytical skills, hands-on credit management expertise, and ability to drive improvementsFluency in English, additional European languages are a plusStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsThe Offer:Competitive salary package: approx. €80,000 p.a. + 12% bonus + company car + group & health insuranceOnsite presence required 4 days per week, with 1 day remote flexibilityStrong focus on continuous improvement and strategic projects within an international environmentDevelopment opportunities within a global MedTech company with a multicultural, innovative culture📧 Interested?
