- Being responsible for the smooth running of the projects undertaken by your unit; their staffing, progress, and follow-up of your consultants.
- Working closely with the Management Team to define your business objectives and monitor the achievement of your objectives.
- Taking the freedom to take actions within your Unit that have a positive impact on the turnover and margin of your Unit. You will be able to work closely with Bob, our COO.- Coaching and supporting your consultants in their evaluation and growth within the company by conducting evaluation interviews with them, and defining development actions with them.
- Ensuring that the knowledge of your consultants remains state-of-the-art by organizing internal knowledge sharing, selecting the right external training, etc.
- Running the operations within your unit (planning, onboarding of new colleagues, leave, ...) and implement optimizations so that your unit systematically runs more efficiently.
- Playing an important role in the sales process. Based on your experience and knowledge, you question customer needs and answer their questions. In this way, you build trust and, together with your sales colleagues, you secure excellent deals.Requirements- Solid experience in SAP SD.
- At least a first experience in managing team members, e.g. in a project context. Extensive experience in leading a team? Great! Experience in managing a Business Unit ? Wow, even better!
- Holding several plates in the air is what gets you out of bed in the morning: you get a kick out of leading operational projects yourself and combining this with managing your team.
- You can motivate people and use their strengths. That way you make sure that internal and external projects continue to progress and get finished.
- Internal and external stakeholder management, project management and change management hold no secrets for you.)
- You speak and write Dutch at a mother tongue level and can communicate well in written and oral English. Do you master other languages such as French? Super!Benefits
