If you feel at ease with figures and want to integrate a commercial environment, this job is made for you. Depending on your experience, performance and evolution in the role, you will gradually take up responsibilities.Main Responsibilities:As a VIE Assistant Category Development Manager, you will conduct thourough market scouting to identify and evluate promotional actions & campaigns of different retailers. You will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions for Ferrero products across different retailers. Moreover, you will collect and analyze data to track and maintain brands KPI dashboard (Key Performance Indicators). You will evaluate the impact of promotions on Ferrero's product portfolio; keeping quarterly inventory of occurrences. The follow-up on promo claims via NIQ is another key aspect of your role. You will support merchandising efforts in collaboration with POS Manager.
In addition to the creation of compelling and informative client presentations, you will also participate in internal meetings, sharing insights and updates related to promotional activities and market trends.Who we are looking for:You have a Master's degree in business or Engineering.You have a true passion about Marketing FMCG and food industry.At work you stand out with excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers and various other collaborators.Moreover, you demonstrate organizational/time-management and problem-solving skills.You are open-minded, diligent and autonomous.You are proactive approach and have the ability to work under pressure within strict deadlines .Highly numerate with well-developed analytical skills and high attention to detailsExcellent working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot), PowerPointNielsen knowledge and previous experience in Marketing are assetsFluency in French and English is a must.
