- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Guaranteeing food safety
- Minimizing the cost of Non-Quality
- Advising Operations and R&D on quality-related matters
- You ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, FDA, etc.)
- You maintain up-to-date documentation and certifications (TDS, Kosher, RSPO, Halal, GFSI, etc.)
- You lead supplier approval and quality validation for new items
- You enter and manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data for new raw materials
- You follow up on non-conform raw materials and vendor complaints
- You support the Customer Information Center with questions on raw materials
- You assist production with product and process trend analysis related to raw materials and root cause analysis (5W1H, Ishikawa, DMAIC, FMEA)
- You handle shelf-life extension requests
- You contribute to QA tasks in production (e.g. HACCP, GMP tours, training, audits)
- Bachelor's degree (bio engineer, industrial engineer, dietitian…)
- You have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (QA, QC)
- You are a natural communicator with strong negotiation skills
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch + very good knowledge of English
- You are proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- You have a critical mindset, and you are not afraid to ask questions or take decisions when needed
- You have a passion for food and food safety
