This offer might be for you!As Email Marketeer, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing and informaing the email marketing strategies of different countries. This includes non-transactional emails, ad hoc marketing campaigns, and trigger-based/always-on campaigns supported with marketing automation. Your role will involve translating business needs into functional requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of email marketing strategies for our next E-Commerce platform.As Email Marketeer, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing and informaing the email marketing strategies of different countries. Your role will involve translating business needs into functional requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of email marketing strategies for our next E-Commerce platform.Responsibilities:Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into functional design specifications for email marketing campaigns and non-transactional emails.Translate user requirements for email marketing, including templates, content, segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.Determine operational objectives and improve email marketing processes, including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.Assess and recommend new approaches for email marketing procedures based on industry best practices and marketing strategy.Assist in implementing new email marketing processes, including triggered and always-on campaigns, by analyzing requirements and constructing workflow charts.Improve email marketing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and designing modifications.Recommend controls, best practices, and strategies to optimize email marketing performance and increase engagement.Collaborate with product owners and project managers to define email marketing requirements and set milestones.Track email marketing progress, resolve issues, and recommend changes to ensure successful implementation.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive email marketing information and protect user operations.Prepare reports on email marketing performance, analyzing data and trends.Support testing phase of email marketing processes and systems.Clearly articulate and document email marketing business flows, including segmentation strategies and automation workflows.Communicate email marketing modifications and updates to business owners.Experience and Skills:Fluent in EnglishMinimum 5 years of experience in email marketing or related fieldStrong knowledge of email marketing best practices, industry trends, and ESPsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMsExperience in email campaign management, including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and reportingStrong analytical skills to optimize email marketing performanceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projectsAdaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.#LI-Hybrid#LI-CC2
