🎯 Strategic internal position – Cross-functional delivery – high visibility🧭 The contextAs part of an internal team reshaping, the organisation is reinforcing its capacity to execute and deliver key transformation programmes. Several initiatives are underway, and we’re looking for someone who can help drive progress, structure delivery, and connect stakeholders across departments (Product, IT, Ops, Legal, etc.).You won’t manage a team directly, but you’ll play a critical leadership role in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.💼 Key responsibilitiesLead the execution of digital transformation programmes internallyAlign cross-functional stakeholders around clear objectivesIdentify and address gaps between teams, processes, or solutionsSupport product leadership in operationalising strategic goalsEnsure business and technical teams are moving together, at pace✅ Ideal profile5-10 years of experience in project or programme managementBackground in banking (insurance exposure is a strong plus)Comfortable navigating large, complex organisationsAble to lead without formal authorityFluent in English (French or Dutch is a bonus)Agile mindset with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach📩 Interested?connect with me via DM, mail or tag a suitable candidate !
