As a QA Automation Tester, you will play a central role in both the technical implementation and the coordination of testing activities. Working in close collaboration with project teams, you will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of applications and systems that serve diplomatic missions worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Designing comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on functional and technical specifications
  • Creating and executing manual and automated test scenarios, covering functional, integration, performance, and regression testing
  • Coordinating testing activities across teams, tracking test progress, reporting results, and managing defect lifecycles
  • Developing and maintaining test automation scripts using tools like Selenium, SoapUI, or NeoLoad
  • Supporting the configuration and deployment of test tools, and contributing to test data preparation using SQL or other relevant technologies
  • Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve testing processes and code quality
Experience & Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in software testing and test automation, preferably in complex or international environments
  • Strong background in designing and executing automated test frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools: Selenium, SoapUI, NeoLoad
  • Good knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/delivery environments (e.g., Docker, Jenkins)
Soft Skills:
  • Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
Tools and methodologies used
  • Testing : Selenium, Soap UI, NeoLoad
  • IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, JetBrains PhpStorm, Microsoft Visual Studio Code
  • Programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, TypeScript, Vue.js, KendoUI), Java (Spring, Struts, Hibernate), PHP (Symfony, Laravel, Drupal), ColdFusion (FuseBox), SQL/PL-SQL, HTML5, CSS (Bootstrap)
  • Project Management: Confluence JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Methodologies: PM² and PM² Agile, Kanban, Scrum
