Position SummaryAre you a marketing expert with a strategic mindset, a hands-on mentality and a strong affinity with the out-of-home channel?In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering the full marketing plan, from portfolio management to communication and activation campaigns. You will define the local brand plans within the framework of the international strategy and drive execution by identifying and capturing local opportunities in close collaboration with trade teams.Within this role, you will manage the French brands (Maison) Perrier and Vittel. Perrier being one of Nestlé's most iconic brands and globally recognized, it is an exciting opportunity to contribute to its continued success. With the launch of Maison Perrier this year, you will be joining the brand at a pivotal point in its 160 year history. As brand manager Vittel, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the differentiation of the brand in a highly competitive category. Working on Vittel's sustainability initiatives and proposing new products that cater to evolving consumer preferences, are key pillars of the marketing strategy of Vittel.A day in the life of a Nestlé Waters Brand ManagerDevelop Local Marketing Strategy: Create and implement local marketing strategies and plans for various Nestlé Waters brands, focusing on (Maison) Perrier and Vittel, while aligning with the global and regional strategy and guidelines.Portfolio Management and Innovation: Manage the full marketing plans for the brands, including portfolio management and innovation. Identify and implement relevant new product launches to ensure a strong and competitive portfolio.Communication Campaigns: Collaborate with the media agency to create a media plan and ensure the execution and consistency of communication campaigns across various touchpoints.Brand Activations: Lead the development of marketing materials for both above-the-line and below-the-line brand activations. Activate the bars channel and out-of-home events to build the brands and reach the target audience.Network Building: Build relevant networks with agencies and Horeca partners to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.Market Analysis: Analyze category and consumer trends, as well as competitors' activation and performance, to identify new opportunities for the brands.Reporting and Budget Management: Manage monthly reporting towards international brand and zone teams. Take ownership of the marketing budget and continuously evaluate marketing spend to optimize return on investment (ROI).Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams, particularly in the retail and Horeca channels, to ensure alignment and maximize brand impact.What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years in marketing.
  • Strong affinity with premium brands.
  • Affinity and ideally, experience with brand building through the on-trade/Horeca channel.
  • Analytical and structured mindset, with a willingness to embrace change and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
  • Good digital skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an enthusiastic and passionate personality.
  • Critical and creative mindset, daring to challenge the status quo.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
