Now that’s making a difference.Your impactAs a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple end-to-end projects, ensuring their successful delivery. This includes liaising with clients, working closely with PwC project teams and managing numerous junior and senior consultants. You will contribute to a wide range of projects across different industries, helping our clients cope with the challenges they face.Your role encompasses:
  • Analysis and insight: Analyse complex client issues and demonstrate expertise and understanding of functional and industry challenges.
  • Engagement delivery: Deliver and manage several engagements in parallel, including leading the approach, stakeholder communication, and workload management for the project team.
  • Relationship building: Foster strong relationships between PwC and the client's project team by being a senior point of contact, have quality discussions with clients at various levels, demonstrate creativity combined with strong functional and industry knowledge.
  • Communication: Structure, write and deliver presentations and other deliverables, and share them both orally and in writing with internal and client (executive) leadership.
  • Business development: Build opportunities with existing and future clients, lead proposals and contribute to the development of client offerings (focusing on one or two specific offerings/industries, according to your experience).
  • Team development: Provide professional development opportunities, coaching and feedback for junior team members, fostering their growth and success.
  • Firm development: Contribute to firm-wide activities, including internal knowledge management and sharing, to enhance our collective expertise and capabilities.
About youSuccessful candidates will have several years of relevant business experience, and the ability to meet each of the following criteria:
  • You have a strong academic background
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in one of the following pillars, gained from relevant project work within a (strategy) consulting firm or from working in commercial positions: pricing, (digital) growth strategy, customer service, sales and data-driven marketing
  • You see the bigger picture, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem of suppliers, partners and digital tools that support your field of expertise
  • Insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analyses and frameworks
  • Energetic team player with an enthusiastic, "can-do" attitude, and passionate about doing an outstanding job, both for the client and for PwC
  • Leadership qualities, project management skills, and people management and development skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence and confidence
  • Ability to plan, structure and prepare client-ready work and to work on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other
