- Maintain cleanliness and control of cleanroom manufacturing environment (Grade A/B/C/D)
- Manufacture clinical and commercial ATMPs following SOPs and aseptic techniques
- Perform in-process control testing on batch samples
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and call for repairs
- Contribute to process optimization and introduction of new products
- Assist in QMS-related tasks such as Change Control Requests and CAPA
- Support writing and revising SOPs and associated documents
- Manage raw materials, consumables, and waste according to SOPs
- Potentially train to prepare sterile culture media and solutions
- Complete GMP documentation diligently
- Communicate production status and safety/quality concerns effectively
- Utilize manufacturing execution systems and support testing and implementation
- Work constructively and flexibly in a team environment
- Graduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Open to work in shifts and weekends
- Preferably 1 year of cGMP or ATMP industry experience
- Preferably 1 year of hands-on experience in aseptic techniques
- Knowledge of GMP regulations preferred
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with cGMP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to accommodate unplanned overtime and schedule changes
- Fluency in English
