- Coordinate annual review cycles and salary adjustments
- Monitor compensation budgets and conduct cost analyses
- Ensure alignment of reward practices with company policiesPayroll & compliance support- Act as a trusted advisor for local payroll teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyze payroll data and provide clear HR and financial reporting
- Share expertise with colleagues to strengthen knowledge across the regionAdvisory & project responsibilities- Lead or contribute to projects introducing new compensation & benefits initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee benefits, mobility, and related policies
- Serve as a point of contact for external providers (insurance, leasing, etc.)
- Join meetings with suppliers and partners when requiredInternational environmentFMCG Sector- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience- You have more than 5 years of experience as a compensation & benefits specialist in an international environment- Strong knowledge of payroll, reward cycles, and variable pay structures- Analytical and strategic mindset, with the flexibility to handle operational tasks- Clear communicator, able to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and management- Understanding of social legislation in any of the countries in the scope is a strong advantage- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (both oral and written).Our customer is active in the FMCG sector and is located in the northwest of the Brussels region- An international role with both strategic influence and operational variety
