- Lead and grow Pinarello’s sales in the Benelux area.
- Coordinate orders and deliveries in collaboration with Pinarello’s Customer Service.
- Maintain regular reporting to the Commercial Director and Area Sales Manager.
- Define and implement the national sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure alignment with global sales policies, pricing structures, and brand guidelines.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales staff and independent agents.
- Develop and coordinate local projects and events in the region.
- Analyze sales KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Support demand planning and forecasting efforts.
- Build strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, finance, logistics) to support local operations.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the region.
- Act as the regional contact point for key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Visit and support existing dealers.
- Identify and acquire new dealers.
- Drive sales growth in the region and expand Pinarello’s market presence.
- Ensure dealer alignment with Pinarello’s brand and commercial strategy.
- Consolidate current dealer network and turnover.
- Provide regular updates on dealer credit issues to senior management.
- Analyze dealer structure: shop size, employee count, total annual turnover.
- Evaluate existing brands in-store and assess the Pinarello brand positioning.
- Estimate sales potential per dealer.
- Study competitor pricing and strategy.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the cycling, sports, or premium consumer goods sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Benelux market and dealer/distributor ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Capable of managing both internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
