The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex schedules, coordinating high-priority projects, and acting as a liaison across global teams. This role demands strong stress tolerance, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to navigate dynamic business needs.Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Time Management: Prioritize and manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and events across time zones.
Communication Gateway: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders; filter and escalate inquiries as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, documents, and follow-ups for board meetings, leadership discussions, and client engagements.
Project Support: Assist in ad-hoc business projects (e.g., tracking deliverables, drafting reports, liaising with cross-functional teams).
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent English and Chinese (written/spoken) are mandatory; French or Dutch is a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional resilience under pressure and ability to multitask.
Proactive problem-solving and learning agility to adapt to new tools/processes.
High emotional intelligence to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
Experience:
Prior EA/PA roles supporting C-level executives or in multinational environments preferred.
