We'd love to tell you about it though, so ask us!What you will doAs a Finance Administrative Officer at Monizze, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our finance department while also contributing to our company's mission of enhancing the quality of life for our clients and employees alike.Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Statutory Reporting (60%):
  • Assist in managing general and analytical accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable and Payroll, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Monitor daily cash balances, process payments, and maintain sufficient liquidity to support operational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to prepare reports for month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and systems efficiency.
  • Company Car Fleet Management (20%):
  • Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our company's vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with service providers to guarantee reliable support and maintenance for our fleet.
  • Track and analyze vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history, providing valuable insights for optimization.
  • Address inquiries and support drivers with any company car-related questions or issues.
  • Third-Party Management and Administration (15%):
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, insurance brokers, and auditors, handling associated administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain corporate records, documents, and files, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
  • Provide valuable non-financial information to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
  • Governance & Compliance (5%):
  • Organize and manage corporate records, documents, and files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
What you will bring
  • Proven working experience in administrative roles, with an appetite for finance related topics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Dutch and/or French speaker. As we receive and handle documents in French and Dutch, understanding both languages when reading is a plus.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information.
