  • Operating the asphalt machine: ensures an even distribution and leveling of the asphalt over the road surface
  • Monitoring processes: supervises the temperature, speed, and thickness of the asphalt during work
  • Works closely with the asphalt team; roller operators and asphalt workers to ensure good quality
  • Inspection and maintenance of the machine: inspects and maintains the asphalt machine, performs minor repairs, and reports major failures
  • Ensuring safety: keeps the working environment safe and applies safety regulations
Your profileWho we are looking for:
  • In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one
  • Physically in good condition and willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Team player with a practical mindset
