You will be part of a team of 10 Lead-to-Cash SAP experts. You will be based in Corbais. Close to Lhoist headquarter, from where you will implement SAP global template across our 10 divisions.Our application portfolio covers C4C, SAP SD/LE, SAP Transportation, E-Sales (Intercompany integration over EDI, Electronic invoice, E-shop, shipping system) installed at 100+ locations.About the roleAs an Enterprise Applications Senior Analyst, you will report to our Lead-to-Cash Applications Manager and be part of the IT department. You will be responsible forLeveraging your advanced SAP and business knowledge and skills;Collaborating closely with your colleagues from the Enterprise Application team to support the governance, implementation and continuous improvement of our SAP Sales & Logistics global template to bring added value to your internal customers with a focus on North America users;Coordinating the projects and handling support related to the SAP, in close relationship with your internal customers;Organizing business reviews to ensure a high customer satisfaction and priority alignment;Participating in the transition to SAP S/4 HANA and for successfully rolling out this new version across our company;Identifying processes that could be optimized using low code/no code and robotic process automation solutions.Your role and responsibilities :Senior SAP SD/LE business Analyst (5+ years) – Through your prior work, you understand how to configure, test, analyze, and troubleshoot SAP ERP modules and submodules, interfaces, and integrations to correct or improve performance. You have gained an advanced level of knowledge of the functioning and connections between the sales and distribution/logistics modules and are skilled in delivering high quality support and modifications to these modules to improve SAP systems.Trusted partner to business stakeholders – You consistently demonstrate empathy for business stakeholder SAP and non SAP-related problems and have a track record of delivering value-added, cost-effective and sustainable solutions to business stakeholders that meet or exceed their expectations, while balancing short-, mid-, and long-term organizational goals.
