- You determine the vision and strategy for Employer Branding and translate this into an action plan. In this context, you are also the point of contact for external partners.
- You take a critical look at the recruitment processes and determine actions to improve them
- You take care of follow-up and reporting on the actions taken
- Together with the recruiters, you are the point of contact for external recruitment agencies
- You stimulate cooperation within the team on the various projects and follow them up
- You organize and moderate the meetings
- You will regularly sit down with the recruiters to discuss the vacancies and enhance progress
- You actively look for potential candidates through different channels
- You conduct interviews to assess the qualifications, experience and cultural fit within Agidens.
- You schedule intake and follow-up meetings with hiring managers about the vacancies and feedback on candidates.
- You prepare the salary proposals and manage the bidding process with candidates
- You collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive and informative onboarding.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent through experience).
- You have built up extensive experience as a recruiter.
- Experience with recruiting profiles in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
- You get energy from motivating colleagues and stimulating personal growth
- You have a clear vision and critical eye
- You are analytical and can work fluently with Excel and/or other reporting tools
- You are a fluent communicator
- You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
