What are we looking for?We are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Process Owner to join our European team and take full ownership of business processes from A to Z. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping (analyzing, challenging and monitoring) how our company operates by working closely with solution managers, IT, Operations, and other departments. You will assess the impact of new commercial, product, finance, operational, or other initiatives, design or adapt processes to support them, and ensure all workflows are efficient, scalable, and well-documented. Operating across our offices in six different European countries, you’ll help align processes across teams and geographies, ensuring consistency while respecting local needs. This is not an IT function, but you will need strong digital affinity, a structured approach, and excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in a distributed, fast-moving environment. Your goal: make sure our processes work better — and smarter — across the business. What will you do?
  • Understand how current processes work across departments and identify areas connected to product changes or business needs.
  • Assess the impact of new product ideas or releases on existing processes across departments, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Define and design new processes, or adapt existing ones, to support new business initiatives.
  • Consult with departments (like Finance, IT, Ops) to gather input, validate steps, and ensure process feasibility.
  • Challenge proposed changes when they may cause issues, and raise concerns about risks or inefficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to make processes more efficient, effective, and scalable across the company.
  • Develop clear, structured workflows and process maps to reflect agreed changes.
  • Ensure new or updated processes are well implemented, understood, and followed by the teams involved.
  • Communicate process changes and their implications clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep all process documentation up to date, consistent, and aligned with system releases or business evolution.
RequirementsWho are you?
  • Strong experience in process design and improvement, preferably in a digital or tech-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset – can break down complex workflows and find improvement opportunities.
  • Precise and detail-oriented, with a structured and methodical way of working.
  • High degree of ownership – takes initiative and sees tasks through independently.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable talking to stakeholders across various levels.
  • IT affinity is essential – understands how digital systems and tools impact business processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and raising concerns about inefficient or risky processes.
  • Able to balance structure with flexibility, adapting processes without over-complicating them.
  • Someone who’s had some hands-on process responsibility before.
