Are you passionate about numbers, international payroll, and eager to make an impact in an environment where real progress is possible? Then this might be exactly the challenge you're looking for.For an international company with nearly 1,000 employees, we are looking for an International Payroll Officer. You'll manage your own portfolio of international employees, work closely with colleagues, and have plenty of opportunity to fully leverage your analytical talents.What will your day look like?
  • Process and coordinate payroll for your international portfolio (Germany, Luxembourg, UK, France, …) in collaboration with SD Worx, ensuring quality control of calculations, holiday pay, and correct application of regulations.
  • Handle operational HR tasks during colleagues' absence: onboarding new employees, explaining car and insurance packages, providing system trainings, and serving as the first point of contact for new hires.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and Payroll Manager on a variety of projects: reviewing fringe benefits, implementing group insurance, optimizing employment contracts, and preparing clear total compensation reports for management.
  • Play an active role in maintaining payroll systems and identifying process optimizations.
What do you bring?
  • Experience in international payroll, or a background in accountancy/finance combined with a strong interest in payroll processes and salary simulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas and data analysis hold no secrets for you — you effortlessly translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Ability to switch gears quickly, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment with multiple projects, where English is the main working language.
