
International Payroll Specialist

- Process and coordinate payroll for your international portfolio (Germany, Luxembourg, UK, France, …) in collaboration with SD Worx, ensuring quality control of calculations, holiday pay, and correct application of regulations.
- Handle operational HR tasks during colleagues' absence: onboarding new employees, explaining car and insurance packages, providing system trainings, and serving as the first point of contact for new hires.
- Work closely with the HR Manager and Payroll Manager on a variety of projects: reviewing fringe benefits, implementing group insurance, optimizing employment contracts, and preparing clear total compensation reports for management.
- Play an active role in maintaining payroll systems and identifying process optimizations.
- Experience in international payroll, or a background in accountancy/finance combined with a strong interest in payroll processes and salary simulations.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas and data analysis hold no secrets for you — you effortlessly translate complex data into clear insights.
- Ability to switch gears quickly, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment with multiple projects, where English is the main working language.
