A new challenge?Take this opportunity and become the responsible Regional Sales Manager for Beauflor and make a difference through the many exciting opportunities in the different regions.Main responsibilities and key tasksAs an Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the identified sales objectives for your region
Together with the global sales director, develop sales strategy for the region (Netherlands and Scandic region) and set sales objectives.
Execute these sales objectives by developing and maintaining close relationships with key customers.
Set budget, monitor & report on sales volume, sales revenue, sales contribution, pricing, samples, delivery leadtimes, etc. Pro-actively takes required measures as required to achieve the respective objectives.
Coordinate the maintenance and expansion of customer base for existing and future retail/wholesale and contract business in your region. Determine sales opportunities/prospection and realize them.
Contributing towards the Company's product and market development plans by collecting customer feedback and market research (keeping up to date with products and competitors
Contributing to increase the brand awareness of Beauflor in your region through efficient use of available marketing tools
Contribute to international sales meetings
Close contact with & servicing needs of major accounts (KAM)
Coach, motivate & develop your team members
Weekly reporting to Global Sales Director.
Attending professional fairs and organize local events
