In May 2021, Cowboy unveiled its fourth generation electric bike, the Cowboy 4.In July 2020, Cowboy raised €23 Million from international investors (including Exor Seeds, the early stage investment arm of Exor, Isomer Capital, Future Positive Capital and Index Ventures) in the Series B round. Cowboy plans to recruit 30+ new talent in the next six months, scale operations, and expand its footprint across Europe through its Test Ride and Mobile Service networks.The RoleAs more and more people rediscover the joy of riding and moving around in cities in a more sustainable manner, companies are turning to providing a more efficient and greener mode of transport to their employees.We are looking for someone to help guide employee leasing through our existing partners. You will assist interested employees from start to finish, provide information and convert leads.What you’ll be doingAs an intern, your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming leasing orders: Following up on order requests and converting them to actual sales.
Being in charge of the General B2B inbox on Intercom, answering end-customer queries and communicating with our B2B partners surrounding all non-commercial topics.
Handling CS questions and making sure our B2B information base is always up to date.
Activating leasing contracts on our partner's platforms.
Invoicing our partners, and following up on payments (during our weekly payment sprints).
Order flow optimisation (via automation, process improvements, etc).
RequirementsWho we are looking forWe are looking for someone who:
Has an interest in working within B2B sales and leasing, and has the eagerness to learn.
Is fluent in English and Dutch. (French would be a big ‘plus’ but not a must.)
Has great communication skills.
Is customer-focused.
Is structured. You have the ability to efficiently divide your day into blocks/sprints to work on several important tasks and jump from one task to another.
Is a proactive team-player.
Is confident to take on responsibility and handle partner conversations on an operational level.
