We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to join our renewable energy team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our renewable energy projects, from design through to implementation. This role will involve working closely with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and uphold industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures for renewable energy projects
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Manage documentation and reporting related to QA/QC activities
Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality assurance best practices
Collaborate with external agencies and certification bodies to maintain industry certificationsRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to renewable energy projects
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
