You start with a picking card, which means you will work 65 days through day contracts. After that, you will switch to weekly contracts
You build up a year-end bonus and loyalty bonus which is paid by The Social Fund for Horticulture
The advantage of working with a picking card is that you are only taxed 11.11%, so € 12.64 - 11.11% = € 11.23/hour net
Due to the minimum wage, you will also be entitled to the RSZ bonus
