- Promote the Village to consolidate Brand awareness and positioning;
- Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with local, national and international partners, to address the strategy of the Bicester Collection (Maasmechelen Village) targeting elevated guests and promoting the touristic destination in addition to the shopping destination.
- Develop relationships with 4/5* hotels to build shopping packages, working with the hotels to encourage their guests to discover, shop and recommend all villages of The Bicester Collection.
- Develop partnerships with corporate bodies including credit card companies, banks, high net worth businesses and closed user groups to increase the usage of all transport solutions and purchase of packages and gift cards.
- Work closely with the Village Marketing Team and Central Team to develop:
- The village and Group initiatives and Marketing campaigns
- Partnership opportunities consistent to the Village Calendar
- Tailored packages for sale through third parties and via the online booking portal
- Promotion of sales of Shopping Express tickets, and break the distance with main cities
- The distribution of all Marketing materials and seed campaign videos with partners
- Attend Tourism Marketing events, trade shows, seminars as required.
- Support the Village Digital Team to maximize online and social media opportunities for tourism.
- Proven experience in a sales position, preferable with a broad European/international experience.
- Experience in the tourism, hospitality or premium or luxury brand segments.
- Fluent in English, Dutch or French, any other European language would be beneficial.
- Computer literate with high proficiency of Microsoft Office and Salesforce of other similar customer database.
- Sound knowledge of the travel, fashion and retail industry.
- Good knowledge of regional and national tourism activities and resorts .
- Experience with targeting inbound and outbound Tour Operators.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent organization and planning skills with an eye for details.
- A process orientated and solution driven person.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess an international mind-set and an open mind.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
