- Manage the flow of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Establish and maintain document control processes and systems to track project documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate document review, approval, and distribution processes, liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Organize and maintain project files and records, both electronically and in hard copy, in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Generate regular reports and updates on document status, distribution, and revisions to project stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures and systems.
- Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality protocols in handling sensitive project information.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the construction industry, with exposure to large-scale projects.
- EU citizenship is essential for this position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in document management software and tools, with experience using industry-standard systems.
- Familiarity with construction documentation, terminology, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
