- Responsible for responsible for the hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation of systems and equipment. Executing maintenance in accordance with maintenance standard procedures.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Repairs: Assist in basic repairs and troubleshooting under the guidance of a maintenance technician.
- Preventive Maintenance: Follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the maintenance technician.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Support: Provide support to the maintenance technician during complex repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Mechanical Skills: Repairing machinery used in production.
- Electrical Skills: Troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Welding Skills: Fabricating and repairing metal components.
- Hydraulic Systems: Understanding hydraulic machinery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpreting technical drawings.
- Diagnostic Tools: Using multimeters and gauges.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety standards.
- Computer Skills: Basic maintenance software knowledge.
- Adaptability: Learning new technologies and processes.
- Shopfloor experience as Maintenance Technician preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
