We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Car Painters to join our team in Belgium on a long-term basis. You will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to the highest standards in a professional body shop environment.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces (masking, sanding, cleaning) before painting
  • Mix and apply paints using spray guns and other tools
  • Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats
  • Inspect and ensure a high-quality paint finish
  • Perform minor repairs before painting (scratches, dents, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the spray booth and work area
  • Work collaboratively with the prep and panel departments
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Proven experience as a car painter in a workshop/body shop
  • Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
  • Familiarity with modern water-based and solvent-based paint systems
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Basic English or French is an advantage
  • EU citizenship or legal right to work in Belgium
