Checking processes, quality, and production data (registering KPIs)
Solving technical faults (independently or together with technicians)
Leading the team (+/- 15 employees)
Identifying and implementing improvements within the production process
Reporting to the production manager

Experience with production processes and preferably with operating installations in a production environment
Insight into production figures and KPIs
Able to work both independently and in a team
