You will take part in planning, monitoring interventions, documenting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:BUDGET:
  • Assist in gathering and organizing data for maintenance budget preparation.
  • Help monitor actual expenses versus forecasts and support variance analysis.
  • Contribute to identifying cost-saving opportunities and reporting anomalies.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING:
  • Support the creation of weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on team input and resource availability.
  • Help track planned versus completed maintenance tasks and update relevant documentation.
  • Assist in adjusting schedules based on operational priorities and feedback from the maintenance team.
INTERVENTION EXECUTION:
  • Participate in the preparation and follow-up of maintenance interventions.
  • Help document maintenance activities, including test results and completion reports.
  • Support the prioritization and coordination of incoming maintenance requests.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
  • Collect feedback from technicians and operators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating the feasibility of improvement proposals from a technical and cost perspective.
  • Monitor the implementation of approved initiatives and contribute to performance tracking.
NEW PROJECTS:
  • Help compile requests for equipment upgrades or replacements.
  • Participate in feasibility assessments and support project documentation.
  • Assist in the assembly and commissioning of new equipment in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:Profile
  • Technical degree
  • Knowledge of principles of maintenance
  • Design and improve maintenance procedures
  • Experience in an industrial or technical environment
IT Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Mastery of SAP modules
Languages
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Any other language represents a plus
