Ensure VAT compliance and accurate account reconciliations
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization
Governance & Compliance
Maintain strong internal controls aligned with SOX and corporate policies
Embed risk mitigation and governance into daily operations
Project & Change Management
Lead key finance system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing, engaged accounting team

Master/bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Between 5-10 years of experience in Finance
People management experience and ambition to lead
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Excellent social and communication skills
A resilient and professional mindset with a proactive approach to change
Shown leadership ability to inspire, empower, and guide teams toward shared goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP and/or Power BI are a big plus
