Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a System Automation SME who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-driven to join our team, based in our Braine-l'Alleud office in Belgium.About the roleYou will play a key role in delivering automation expertise across our manufacturing facilities in Belgium. You’ll ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in automation deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.Who you’ll work withYou’ll collaborate closely with automation integrators, production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth coordination and optimal outcomes.What you’ll do
  • You develop and maintain automation documentation and software.
  • You attend workshops and align project disciplines.
  • You follow up with automation integrators and vendors.
  • You verify deliverables and anticipate cost increases.
  • You ensure GMP and HSE compliance.
  • You organize operator training and handover to operations.
Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree in automation.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in GMP process automation. * Strong knowledge of PCS7.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong design, execution, and validation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Risk management and adaptability in dynamic environments.
