What does your job as a Head of Data & AI look like?As the Head of Data & AI at NN, you play a crucial role in the organization. You are responsible for drafting and executing the data and AI strategy that you have had approved by the ExCo. You are responsible for aligning this strategy with central budgets and priorities. Elements of the strategy include amongst others data and AI use cases to improve business performance, data governance, data quality, data infrastructure. You will report to the CXO (responsible for Product, Marketing, Customer Care, and Data & AI).You liaise with Senior Management on data-related issues, and decide on issues prior to escalation. You identify and manage critical data issues and risks, manage data-related projects and initiatives, and present data initiatives and projects for approval to the relevant ExCo members. You develop and implement a data vision within the company. Also, you are the point of contact for communication and interaction with NN group on data & AI topics. Additionally, you participate in selected Data Committee meetings, support the data champions and communicate the data vision across the enterprise, supervise changes in the DG Organization, maintain the DG strategy and tactics.Although you do not take on a traditional leadership role, you serve as a key point of contact within the Data & AI domain. A small, specialized team reports to you, with your focus being on setting the strategic direction, ensuring technical quality, and guiding complex projects.This is how you fit perfectly into our teamWe are looking for candidates with:Master of Science degree in Information Systems, or related degree.You have at least ten years of professional experience in IT and possess in-depth knowledge of Data and AI. Thanks to your expertise, you can accurately assess which technologies are truly feasible and applicable today within a business context.A very good knowledge in English.
