- Support CAD-related inquiries, including geometry import/export and compatibility.
- Analyze simulation results and provide guidance to align with customer goals.
- Manage and deliver service projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Onboard and train new users, ensuring effective adoption of the platform.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain internal and external support documentation and knowledge base.
- Track and analyze recurring support issues to propose long-term solutions.
- Assist in feature testing to ensure performance and user satisfaction.
- Evaluate support metrics and contribute to optimizing the customer experience.
