📍 Location: Anderlecht, Belgium (Hybrid - minimum 2 days/week onsite)

🗣️ Languages: Native French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other national language, plus fluent EnglishOur client is seeking an experienced Business Functional Analyst to analyse, optimise, and guide the development of public websites and related applications for Belgium's health insurance funds. This is a highly collaborative role in an Agile environment, requiring a blend of analytical expertise, technical understanding, and clear communication with diverse teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and understand the business needs of websites and related applications
  • Prepare detailed functional analyses and propose tailored solutions
  • Define and document functional specifications for technical and business teams
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and ensure cross-functional coherence
  • Guide development teams and test implemented solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align with strategic goals
  • Stay updated on technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement
Your Profile
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar Business/Functional Analyst role
  • Expertise in Business Analysis (UML/BPMN)
  • Experience with functional analysis for websites (frontend, backend, data layer, SEO)
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture (Web services, Web applications, microservices)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with software testing (AIO Test, JMeter)
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Experience with CMS systems (Magnolia a plus)
  • Agile mindset with experience using JIRA/Confluence
  • Strong prioritisation, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills
