You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and work in the office three days per week. You will report to the Product Data Manager and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.In this role you will have the opportunity to work with both master data and product data. Master data is consistent/unique information that describes the business core entities (like items, customers, suppliers). This is typically shared across systems. When talking about product data, we mainly refer to a kind of master data that is connected to the physical product. If you e.g., shop online for groceries, the information you find is typical example of product data.As a Master and Product Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the mentioned Master and Product data for our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure that the data is accurate and properly integrated between systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the data concerning our products reaches the customers in a correct way and in time.What you will doCreate new items in the systems, creating new BOMs (Bill of Material - the data that identifies the items or raw materials used to produce the product), checking the BOMs before they are activated.Act as a team member in projects where Master Data is a key enabler of success.Proactively seek to improve accuracy and efficiency with master data requests.Be responsible for securing Paulig data quality across all Paulig businesses and systems.Be responsible for that Product Data, for consumer unit up to pallet, is up to date and relevant to consumers as well as internal / external customers.Act as an expert in regards of Product data requirements (incl. pictures) in the different marketsEnsure compliance with Product Data standards and regulations, including EAN code creation and barcode verification.What we expect from youYou would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:Structured approach with eyes for details and a proactive way of working.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience from working with Masterdata, GS1 data knowledge or planning/logistics background.Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, OS PDM and AX).Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies, practices and way of working.Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written.Higher education qualification or equivalent work experience.At Paulig, we value every person as an individual and a professional and expect the same from you.
