We have longstanding knowledge of OHADA law which applies uniformly in 17 countries.We are currently looking for an experienced French-speaking Management Assistant to join our Brussels office and support our lawyers by ensuring the smooth operation of the team through essential administrative assistance.Your responsibilitiesAs a Management Assistant, you provide administrative support to our lawyers. The range of tasks is varied and includes:
- Preparing and following up on the invoicing process
- Following up on the collection process
- Opening and managing new matters in our ERP system
- Supporting one Partner and his team in Brussels and Kinshasa in the day-to-day management of cases (including screening and AML processes, daily deadline monitoring, etc.)
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Drafting engagement letters
- Creating and updating our CRM database
- Following up on lawyers' legal obligations (such as bar obligations)
- Organising internal and external meetings, as well as travel arrangements
- Ensuring all documents look pristine with impeccable layout
- Managing lawyers’ calendars
- Creating PRs/POs for the team and monitoring expense reports
- Detail-oriented
- Service minded, discreet, and diplomatic
- Skilled at multitasking and handling competing priorities effectively
- Organised, proactive and with a professional mindset
- Focused on delivering high-quality, detail-oriented, and professional work

- A gross salary based on your experience.
- A full-time permanent contract
