  • ambassador of the company on your market,
  • technical expert of the company facing the clients,
  • commercial manager for that product range in Belgium
  • sales hand-on you are in charge of negotiating with the clients and preparing your offers so you control 100% of the interactions with clients

  • Minimum 7 years of (technical) sales experience - ideally in industrial context OR representing security/access control products
  • Able to work fluently in Dutch, French & English
  • a strong business developer sense - you are not afraid to start prospecting from scratch
  • BUT you are definitely not short-term oriented : industrial sales cycles are long & complex. You are a resilient profile, able to handle a variety of more & less technical oriented profiles throughout a sales cycle, handling it like a commercial project.
  • You are a strong, results-oriented sales with the ability to work with highly technical products. You enjoy a high level of autonomy and are hands-on (you don't expect a back office to handle all the admin, you stay on top of all aspects of your business). My client is a international group specialized in Security solutions : electronic access control systems, secured doors & partitions, access control infrastructure & cash management solutions.Currently developing new markets, the company is looking to renew its commercial team to penetrate new sales channels.The company is on the verge of transforming its business and looking for strong profiles to take on the challenge.Salary package foreseen: between 60k & 85k gross fixed/year + up to 3 months of bonus + full package (including company car, hospitalization insurance & group insurance, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, monthly net allowances & 32 days off/year)
