- 80% new business development through prospecting, clients & prospects visits & offers making.
- 20% existing account management with cross & up selling
- True hands-on candidate: you are the
- ambassador of the company on your market,
- technical expert of the company facing the clients,
- commercial manager for that product range in Belgium
- sales hand-on you are in charge of negotiating with the clients and preparing your offers so you control 100% of the interactions with clients
- Minimum 7 years of (technical) sales experience - ideally in industrial context OR representing security/access control products
- Able to work fluently in Dutch, French & English
- a strong business developer sense - you are not afraid to start prospecting from scratch
- BUT you are definitely not short-term oriented : industrial sales cycles are long & complex. You are a resilient profile, able to handle a variety of more & less technical oriented profiles throughout a sales cycle, handling it like a commercial project.
- You are a strong, results-oriented sales with the ability to work with highly technical products. You enjoy a high level of autonomy and are hands-on (you don't expect a back office to handle all the admin, you stay on top of all aspects of your business).
