As a Manager, you'll lead high-impact client engagements focused on improving cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and financial transparency. You'll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and play a key role in developing our cost and profitability offering. This includes:
Lead and contribute to cost and profitability management projects from analysis to implementation.
Deliver tailored recommendations that help clients optimize cost structures, improve product and customer profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
Apply best practices in cost modeling, allocation methodologies, and financial performance analysis.
Support opportunity identification and lead the development of proposals and client presentations.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to growing KPMG's footprint in this space.
Act as a performance manager and mentor for junior colleagues - inspiring and guiding their development.
Stay ahead of industry trends, sector dynamics, and technology tools impacting finance and costing.
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in financial management consulting, with a strong focus on cost and profitability management.
Proven expertise in building and evaluating cost models, designing allocation methodologies, and conducting profitability analysis.
Solid understanding of finance transformation projects, including process improvement and change management.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and precision in financial reporting and modeling.
Fluent in Dutch and/orFrench and English.
