  • Manage daily operations of On-Prem/Hybrid Exchange infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary SME and technical authority for MS Exchange.
  • Drive service improvements and achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain documentation, support procedures, and upgrade cycles.
  • Configure, maintain, and monitor Exchange services, leveraging automation where possible.
  • Apply your expertise in MS Exchange and Microsoft 365 design, implementation, and administration.
QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for this role:
  • University degree or 5+ years of experience in complex IT environments.
  • Atleast 5 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010/2013/2016/2019/Online).
  • Expertise in Exchange administration, configuration, and migrations (on-prem to cloud).
  • Experience with large-scale Exchange and multi-tenant Active Directory deployments.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid understanding of networking, including load balancing and firewalls.
  • Proven ability to support mission-critical systems 24/7.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1) & French would be a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) are a plus.
  • Additional assets: SQL, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Proofpoint, Splunk, Active Directory design.
