- Customer Insights: Analyze feedback from loyalty and transactional surveys, mapping it by persona and touchpoint to uncover opportunities across the customer journey.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify recurring themes in quality cases and complaints to drive long-term solutions and process improvements.
- Operational Efficiency: Use data to optimize key metrics like FTE, workload, AHT, and quality scores, supporting smarter resource planning.
- AI Readiness: Assess data maturity and support the deployment of scalable AI and agent-assist technologies.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau, BFO, and Medallia to support leadership with consistent, time-saving insights.
- Data Management: Clean, structure, and manage large datasets, developing robust data models and reporting systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business, including Finance, to enhance data governance and prioritize Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in customer-facing or pricing environments.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English plus French or Dutch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools like Amazon Glue.
