Manage main construction, MEP, and specialist technology contracts
Oversee contract compliance and performance monitoring
Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and extensions
Manage contractual risk identification and mitigation strategies
Handle dispute resolution, claims administration, and legal issues
Coordinate with legal counsel on complex contractual matters
Ensure adherence to contract terms, conditions, and deliverables
Support procurement processes and contract award procedures
Manage insurance, bonding, and warranty requirements
Lead contractor prequalification and due diligence activities
Prepare contract reports and performance dashboards
Interface with client legal teams and senior stakeholders

8+ years contracts management in major construction/infrastructure
Quantity Surveying background with RICS or similar
Strog knowledge of construction law and contract types (FIDIC, NEC, JCT)
Background in data center or mission-critical projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction insurance and bonding
Dispute resolution and litigation support experience
Data center construction and technology systems knowledge
Advanced contract drafting and negotiation abilities
Risk management and legal compliance expertise
Fluent English; local language skills beneficial
Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
