As main Sales person, you will play a crucial role in the launch of the commercial team for the retail clients. You will be responsible for identifying and building strong clients relationships. This role will require a dynamic person who is comfortable working in a mix of office and home office settings, as well as meeting clients in the retail industry face to face.
Understand the needs of each client and bring tailor made solutions to meet those needs and close the deal
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth (cross/up selling)
Work closely with the sales team and manager.

Fluency in French and English, Dutch is a plus
Living in Brussels or close
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred - or a first experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - based in Brussels, where you go twice a week.
