Week 1: Monday to Friday: morning shift: 05h00-13h00 // Saturday and Sunday rest
Week 2: Monday to Friday: night shift: 21h00-05h00 // Saturday and Sunday rest
Week 3: Saturday and Sunday: weekend night shift: 17h00-05h00 // Monday to Friday rest
Week 4: Monday to Wednesday: afternoon shift: 13h00-21h00 + Saturday and Sunday weekend day shift: 05h00-17h00 // Thursday and Friday rest

You will work hand in hand with other technicians and departments to ensure the production flow runs smoothly.A degree in a technical field or similar level of knowledge and experience. You are able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing in English at start-up. When you start, you will immediately be enrolled in our Dutch language training and classes, so you will be able to talk with colleagues who don't speak English as well. De industriële of exploitatie-uitrusting afstellen en de werking ervan controleren. De inplanting van industriële of exploitatie-uitrusting op een site bepalen. De componenten van defecte systemen identificeren, herstellen of vervangen (tandwielstellen, kogellagers, hydraulische verdelers, onderdelen van gestuurde processen, ...). De onderhoudsgegevens van een werkplaats of een dienst opvolgen, analyseren en afwijkingen vaststellen (kosten, onverwachte uitgaven, inventaris van losse stukken, ...). De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst. De technische werking uitleggen aan klanten of gebruikers en hen begeleiden bij het in gebruik nemen van de installatie. De technische documentatie van machines of installaties actualiseren (constructeursrichtlijnen, historiek van defecten, wetgeving, ...). Een computer aansluiten op de uitrusting en storingen opsporen met behulp van geregistreerde programma's. Een onderhoudsploeg of een productie- of exploitatieteam technisch bijstaan. Een storing in de installatie lokaliseren en technische oplossingen en herstellingsvoorwaarden bepalen. Het werk van leveranciers of dienstverleners controleren. Kosten en herstellingstermijnen inschatten en een kostenraming voor de interventie opmaken. Monteren van onderdelen of stukken van de industriële of exploitatie-uitrusting volgens de machinevoorschriften, documentatie, .... Preventieve of correctieve onderhoudswerken organiseren, plannen en opvolgen. De uitrusting wijzigen of aanpassen volgens de wettelijke of productievereisten (productiesnelheid, nieuwe producten, ...)Base salary from €18.60/hr (negotiable according to experience) + full-continuous bonus. Working less must translate into lower salary? No way! We require some flexibility but this is more than compensated by the attractive salary package.⌛ In a five-shift system, there are fewer working days than in any other shift system. So a lot of extra free time. You can spend that on your family , on your hobbies , on chores ️ or on your side job .Whereas other companies offer a full-time system where you work 7 consecutive days, at this company you work a maximum of 5 consecutive days. The number of working weekends at 2 out of 5 is also perfectly balanced. Moreover, the favourable sequence of shifts ensures that you have sufficient rest between alternating shifts.
