Our client is an international NGO in the sustainability sector. You will join a team of 30 people in the Brussels office.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various aspects of the business. As Office & Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, event management, office tasks, as well as assisting with some HR activities.Every project, event, and daily task contributes to a greater mission: driving systemic change for the planet.

- Act as the first point of contact by managing calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring smooth communication across the company.
- Take ownership of day-to-day office management: meeting rooms, supplies, lunch orders, and creating a welcoming, well-organized workspace.
- Coordinate and deliver memorable company events - from budget management to catering and logistics.
- Guarantee the smooth running of daily operations so that every team member has what they need to succeed.
- Support the HR function with administrative tasks and contribute to a positive employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted go-to person for colleagues, offering guidance and support when needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible, ready to take initiative, and unafraid to handle challenges.
- Demonstrates good judgment in escalating matters when necessary.
- A first experience in a similar function
