correct and on time Vehicle Sales Invoicing (to our customers)
on time transport documentation handling (to our customers & hubs)
correct and on time Logistics Partners payment transactions
compliant reporting to various authorities
support to abnormal activities
communication to in-/external stakeholders
Your projectOne of the main activities in our team are the Logistics Partners payment transactions:
create and book Purchase Requests & Orders
control and validate supplier invoices (standard and exceptional activities)
create and book corrective invoices
We are looking for someone to support us in improving the data collection to perform above activities and in establishing status tracking and visualisation of the activities.Your Profile
You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
You are a strong team player with good communication skills and capable to adapt to multiple stakeholders
You have logical and analytical skills
You are structured and orderly
You have interest in improving and establishing new processes
